Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. For oversized furniture items, our white-glove delivery service may take 2-3 weeks to ensure your pieces arrive safely and are set up in your room of choice.
What is Braza's return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale decor items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How do I care for my Braza textiles and upholstery?
Each product comes with a specific care label. Generally, we recommend professional cleaning for upholstered furniture and cold-water gentle cycles for our organic cotton linens to maintain fabric integrity.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Braza ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping capabilities to bring our home collections to more countries soon.
